What is MAX Recover Rate Empty What is MAX Recover Rate

Basically its like healing limit. Lets take Seafood Pancake as an Example.
HP Recover Rate is 230, but with Max Recover Rate of only 613. It means for you
to receive its full effect of 230 your HP bar must not be higher than 613. If
it is like your HP is 740/1000 then it will say that "You feel Full. (HP
recovery rate become decrease due to Max HP is over.) But if it is like
600/1000 then you would recover the whole 230 HP from that food making your HP
830/1000.
